Service Description
CraveMode provides professional photo and video enhancement services for restaurants. We transform your uploaded food photos into professional-quality content delivered in multiple formats.
Subscriptions & Billing
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account settings. Your plan includes a set number of photos and videos per billing period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
Content Ownership
You retain full commercial rights to all enhanced photos and videos we deliver. You may use them anywhere without attribution. We retain no rights to your delivered content.
Acceptable Use
You agree to only upload photos you have the right to use. You may not use our service for illegal purposes or to process content unrelated to food and restaurant imagery.
Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with a delivered enhancement, contact us within 7 days and we will re-process or issue a credit. We do not offer cash refunds on completed digital deliveries.
Limitation of Liability
CraveMode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
